I'm Jessica Pike and I'm the maker behind Olliam & Co.  The name "Olliam" is the combination of my children's names.

In my small pottery studio, I enjoy working with porcelain clay bodies.  They are delicate, often fussy, but very rewarding.  Each piece is hand-sculpted, hand-painted, glazed, fired in a kiln up to three times, and lovingly packaged by hand.

Much of my inspiration is found from nature, particularly animals, flowers and insects, as well as medieval art.
